It was an absolute pleasure working with Lillian. She helped with getting the house ready for the photographer so it could be presented in the best way. At no time did she push her opinion as many other real estate agents do. She listened to what we wanted and acted on it. She worked hard to get the house sold and she got us exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend her and am glad she was our agent.
We received excellent counsel from Liliane in regards to the sale of our home. It was a tough decision but we had worked with her before and knew we were in good hands. The process was orderly and efficient all the way through and we got a great offer in short time. Liliane’s attention to detail is keen and she is great with people. You will be very impressed with her service.
Liliane is the absolute best realtor we’ve ever worked with over multiple buying and selling experiences. Liliane listened to our needs and wants and responded with expert insight into market conditions, property suitability, and even community factors to consider. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect home for our needs. She performs with the highest levels of integrity, patience, and reliability. We never felt pressure to make a decision and she worked with us for as long as was needed to be comfortable with all aspects of the search and purchase process. When it’s time to move on and sell the property we purchased, Liliane will be the only realtor we will even consider.
Being a Realtor myself for over 15 years, I still trusted Lilian when it came to sell my own home . She is very knowledgeable, right the way we set a target price and achieved it. Lilian is very trustworthy and went above and beyond to help me with this sale. Great negotiations skills and very to the point on every question we came to challenge. Sometimes, when it comes to sale of your own house you can’t be objective. I really like Lilians expertise and passion she put into this transaction. I will trust her with every sale or purchase totally completely .
