I met Liliana through a friend, and she was truly easy to get along with. She treated us like family, which made a big difference. When we spoke on the phone, she was extremely kind and always willing to answer my questions. However, meeting her in person was a different experience. She exuded charisma and instilled confidence in me, helping me understand things I had previously struggled with. Liliana was always available and even took the time to call and check if everything was going well. She rearranged doctor's appointments just to be with us during the closing process. Even after experiencing the loss of a loved one, she remained there for us. We hope this is our forever home and that we won't need a realtor again, but if we do, we will definitely return to her!
