She had great suggestions to get our house ready to sell, spent time having open houses and set up a welcome center as potential buyers came into the house. She was excellent at negotiating as we had a few complicating factors in our sale. I would highly recommend Lilia as a realtor to anyone. Our experience with Lilia was very good… she was always supporting on showing houses that we were interested in, she also cared about us by paying a fair price for our house, she helped us to negotiate some items in the house which we were not aware of. Lilia is the complete package! We approached her with just an 'interest' in moving and she was patient and thorough with us. We didn't reach back out after our original contact for several months. She touched base a few times but we never felt pressured. Once we were ready to move forward she was there. We looked at several house in a few different locations and she always knew right away what I was thinking. We put offers down on a two different homes and lost them both to counter cash offers. Lilia knew what to include in offers to make them appealing to buyers. We were first choice past the cash offer in each instance. When we found the one we all knew the moment we walked in. The offer was placed; and even after the appraisal we had to negotiate again with sellers. We got the house and couldn't be happier. We worked with Lilia as a Buyers agent and she helped us find our perfect home for our family. Then it came time to sell our house! With the market as crazy as it was this past spring she was confident that it would sell in just a weekend. Lilia advised us on when to start the process. We first found our dream house; she then suggested to schedule a 'home photographer' in the next couple days, then the whirlwind began. Lilia had suggested how the house should look weeks prior so we had been cleaning out closets/storage rooms and knick knacks and were ready to go. Listing happen Thursday, we had showings Friday and Saturday, We already had several offers and we still insisted on having an open house Sunday.
