Lili Youngblood was exceptional! Not sure we could have completed this move without her. We were in Germany and bought a new construction in Grovetown without every physically seeing the neighborhood, talking to the builder, or seeing the property. She was our mediator with the builder and the process was flawless! Lili worked with us for 6 months and provided weekly video updates on the property construction. She was present for the inspection, walk through, and signing. Lili was instrumental in ensuring our needs and wants were met by the builder. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our abnormal situation. I will never use another realtor in this area. If you are looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and pick Lili!

If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough! I recently worked with Lily to sell my elderly Aunt’s home and property. I live in California where as the property was in Georgia, and most of the work was done online with Lily’s help. This project took close to 2 years due to title and other issues. Lili took the time to deal with us during an intensive house-hunting trip. We had such a short period of time and didn't really know what we wanted (we ended up with a house 20% larger than our "absolutely" top size), so she really had to dedicate her time to us in the midst of a busy time. We never felt second fiddle to her other demands.
