Buying a home is not an easy transaction and every seller is different. Lili has been a great reliable agent helping us with our forever home purchase. I am so grateful had Lili as my realtor! I was looking for the first house in my life. I had no clue where should I start with. Lili first gave me some house-hunting tours, and then she collected my opinions/comments on these houses. Immediately, she understood my preferences, and then she helped me refine the search criteria and gave me alternatives that better suited my needs. Eventually, we identified my dream place! She made what is typically a stressful experience about as smooth as it could have been. Most importantly, Lilian also helped me find a very good lender who provided great terms on the loan. My down-payment was under 20%, but she managed to have the lender provide me with very competitive interest rates. Lili was always reachable by phone/text if I had any questions or concerns. The best part of working with Lili is, she always thinks in the client's shoes and gets us in the best interest. Besides her professionalism, Lili's warmth and personal touches made working with her a pleasure. 1. Not on points, only general guidelines. We were looking for an area which we were not familiar with. Lili provided general ideas about properties but never hitting the points if the house fits our needs. In the end, I found the house and did the research myself. 2. Eager in the beginning, lack of communication towards the end. Our closing was delayed by the escrow. Lili did not call/contact us at all to let us know what to do next, instead, we tried several times but couldn't easily reach her. We had to search online and ask friends what we should do in situations like that. Lili first said "we could do nothing" and in the end, sent Extension to sellers. It felt bizzar and extremely unprofessional. We wish we could change agent at that point but it was near closing. 3. Poor English proficiency. Seller agent sent counter in an email body. Lili did not recognize that was a counter offer but thought it's just an email. Overall, Lili was very quick response and eager to help in the beginning but showed drastic change after all contingencies removed. She had moderate knowledge about the area we were looking for but not able to lead us in house looking.
