Lila recently helped us in finding our first home in Texas. Coming from the Bay Area California and relocating to Austin, Texas, it could have been difficult for us without her help since we were from out-of -the-state and needed only few days to tour around the city to visit houses. She guided us on our research on the houses to visit . She sent reading materials to ease our search. She is very much knowledgable of the Austin area. She told us about traffic areas. The house tours were very impressive. She answered all our queries and provided us documents for additional infos on about the houses in our list. She is very prompt in answering calls, messages, and emails. She was very eager to help us through out the process. She provided handouts for us on about the school districts and about the cities. She is very approachable, personable, and patient, especially to our two toddlers who came with us during the house tours. She explained the forms and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She made the whole process stress free for us. Lila is the most excellent realtor one could ask for. We highly recommend her.
