Lila helped the reviewer sell this property

Lila represented us as our real estate agent in 2024 when we sold our father’s house in Turtle Rock

Lila represented us as our real estate agent in 2024 when we sold our father’s house in Turtle Rock in Irvine.  As remote sellers, we required a lot of Lila’s time and expertise. She rose to the occasion at every turn, far exceeding our expectations for a smooth sale.  Prior to showing the house, Lila coordinated and supervised the entire preparation process, including painting, flooring, staging the house.  At each step of the way, Lila acquired quotes and reviews for all the vendors she recommended. When the house was ready, Lila hosted all the open houses and managed the negotiation process like the experienced professional she is.  After agreeing on a buyer and closing the deal, she even helped us with the house sale and removing the final items from the property before transferring the keys to the buyer.  We did not need to travel to Irvine during any stage of the sale.  Lila handled it all.  And, best of all, in the end, Lila got us the best price for the house. Lila is a delight to work with.
