Ligia is knowledgeable in her profession. but i rate her not only on knowledge, especially since buying/selling is not just numbers and rules and locations, it is about places of your heart. Where your home is /was or will be. sometimes selling is sad and moving difficult. Ligia knows this and supports you as you go through the process.
