Lidia was wonderful to work with. Always patient with our quirks and demands and always advocated for us to get the best house for us and on the best terms. I'd worked with other people in the past who can make you feel like a nuisance if you're not buying a multi-million dollar property. We were buying a small rental beach home which we are now very happy with and we are very happy with our experience working with Lidia and will do so again when we are next in the market.

We are so happy with Lidia! Before listing, she met with us to go through all of the comps. and decision-making process in suggesting a list price. The list price was a little bit more aggressive than what I had anticipated, but we ended up getting NUMEROUS showings and a full ask offer within days on the (hot) market. While under contract, Lidia kept us in the loop with all important time-frames, communicated with the Buyer's Agent to ensure the Buyer was on track for closing and took care of any miscellaneous documents we needed to sign.
