I'm sure many successful relator / buyer relationships might last only 60-90 days or less? But for me, coming off my first time, most miserable, Mooresville home builder experience with their poor communication, continual staff turnover and numerous construction overages outside of my written contract, Libby stood right by me and continuously fought for me... for two long years! That's a commitment to your client. That's a well above and beyond effort for a commission split with their far less than deserving listing agent who disappeared shortly after the land purchase in Aug of '22.
