Libby gave me suggestions and idea's that helped sell my property quickly.She did excellent job helping stage and get my house ready to sell,she knows what buyers are looking for and makes sure you as a seller are aware of the latest trends that buyers are looking for and will help you find what buyers like.She is a pro at what she does keeping up with all the newest and latest trends in remodeling a home and she has excellent taste with paint colors fixtures and other home improvements she is on top of it all!She even had her son come and help me which was very helpful in preparing my house to be sold I had a ton of showings the very first day it was listed and Libby was there from early in morning til late in the evening giving that extra effort to get my property sold her and her entire family were very helpful thru out the selling process every step of the way from start to finish she went the extra mile to see that the house would be shown at it's best her pictures really showed the house in it's best light including taking pictures of new windows installed they really looked good to me and prospective buyer high lighting all the positives in the house including the yard and tree's in short she is the best at what she does!

What I liked most of all about Libby is she would get back with you very promptly. She had a market plan and it worked. You also will get reports on all showings. Overall Libby will get the job done and you will be very happy.
