Libby was amazing through out the entire process of buying our first home. Even when our lender dropped the ball Libby was there to make sure the lender did what they were supposed to do so we could close when we were expecting. I could not imagine any other realtor giving us the time and attention to details that Libby gave us.

We used Libby for more than one property. She's awesome! always available, friendly and professional. The first property that she helped us with, she managed to take care of everything because we were in summer vacation out of the country. When we got back, all we had to do was signing the papers. On the second property, she helped us secure a home which had multiple offers on the table and then negotiated very well the repairs in order to get the price down. Thanks again Libby!

I love that we were able to visit homes without feeling pressured to choose a home that wasn't what we were looking for. Libby makes herself available during every process of the purchase, even after closing I was able to reach out to her with questions regarding our purchase and she provided me with he information I needed, even if it meant doing a little research. She is friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and very patient (especially with kids). Our family greatly appreciates the service and relationship we have developed with Libby. Libby was simply the best! We cannot say enough about her professionalism, true caring nature, extensive knowledge, and communication. From my initial phone conversation where she just happened to pick up the phone, to the final closing, she always kept the avenues of communication open and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns.
