Libby is a friendly, smart and knowledgeable Realtor and also a former Financial Advisor. She was very helpful in the early stages when I was searching for a lender/pre approved loan. Libby emailed me the MLS listings that I reviewed and reached out to her to schedule/check out. I'm picky and after seeing properties in 5+ cities, I found my home in Laguna Niguel that I adore. I had a lot of questions and Libby was generous with her time accommodating to all my inquiries. Recently I have been approved for a refi loan and had reached out to Libby (my former Realtor) with questions about rates, APRs, etc. She provided me some great feedback and I got a 15 year refi at half the original interest rate of the original 30 year loan. I recommend Libby if you want someone who is friendly, knows the market, area (especially Orange County), understands and explains the mortgage loan process, respectful and results oriented.
