If Libby is your agent, you are guaranteed to have the best possible experience

If Libby is your agent, you are guaranteed to have the best possible experience. I knew I could work with her when I first reached out to just test the waters. I never felt any pressure to move quickly; she respected my desire to wait, and she still included me in her “customer family” even though I wasn’t ready to go and look at homes. And when I decided I was ready (much earlier than I thought)- she worked tirelessly to understand my needs and desires (within my budget!) She was always available- email, text, calls, and she even did special events to reach out and stay connected. I probably changed my parameters 10 times, and she never made me feel like I was a burden- she’d offer suggestions when I asked, and support my decisions fully. From beginning to end, Libby was a partner, a friend, and my advocate as I navigated the biggest solo purchase of my life. Even after the sale, she has welcomed me home, checked in, connected me with vendors, and cheered me on. As a person, as an agent, as a professional- she is peerless. Thank you, Libby, for making this experience a joy!!!
