I cannot begin to find the words to express my gratitude to Libby for all of her hard work. From the moment I met her I knew she was the one...(LOL) My husband and I are expecting our first child and when we met with Libby we gave her a TIGHT deadline expectation for moving our family from Marietta to Cumming. She quickly and what seemed like effortlessly came up with a game plan that put my VERY pregnant mind at ease. She was able to help us get our house listed by August 1st (a mere 3 weeks after deciding to list). Most importantly, she priced our house perfectly and was able to secure a bidding war on our house in 1 day on the market. We ended up making over asking with no closing costs! Shortly after we secured an offer on our house we were off to the races to find a new one in Cumming. We searched high and low.... EVERYWHERE. Libby was showing us upwards of 10 houses per day to help find the one. Less than 2 weeks later we found it, our dream house in our dream location. To make everything even better, Libby negotiated an amazing price and was able to get us locked in a 22 day close to close the same day as the sale of our house. We listed, sold and purchased all in just over 30 days...in the 3rd trimester. Without Libby's patience, dedication and go-getter attitude, my husband and I would not have been able to make our dreams become a reality. We are FOREVER grateful for Libby Bramlett and we will FOREVER be calling her when we are looking to buy/sell our house in the future. She is simply THE BEST!!!
