I'm not even sure where this review starts, but simply put - text on a screen does not even capture the amazing work that Libby put into our recent sale or the absolute professional guidance she put into our sale within a VERY uncertain time (COVID) - where buyers were becoming a bit more fickle and unpredictable. Let me start by saying this - Libby is hands down one of the best agents we have ever worked with or compares to other agents I witnessed from the outside. She is one of those people that you selfishly want to keep for your own, a hidden gem that you want to hold on to for a long time and not share with others. All kidding aside, we could not have had a better sale and close with her at the helm where our nerves and concerns got the best of us at times. She approaches each sale in a bespoke manner, never adopting the "one size fits all" sale and really becoming one with you as you start your journey to buy or to sell. On top of that, she has an eye for design as well as a very strong network of dependable resources to cover unforeseen bases where a buyer/seller may need extra expertise around solving for small solution (i.e. landscaper, home repair, stagers, etc). We hope going forward, she will represent us again as we start to look for our forever home - even if we have to take her with us to the UK to help us find that special estate that we always dream about. Fast, easy, comforting. Those are my top three take-aways from working with Libby on purchasing my first home! Everything happened very fast, but Libby was always right there and so easy to reach throughout the whole process. I cannot begin to find the words to express my gratitude to Libby for all of her hard work. From the moment I met her I knew she was the one...(LOL) My husband and I are expecting our first child and when we met with Libby we gave her a TIGHT deadline expectation for moving our family from Marietta to Cumming.
