My husband and I worked with Liat to purchase...
My husband and I worked with Liat to purchase our house. We were somewhat familiar with the process, but Liat helped us to understand the entire process in much more details. She was very helpful in explaining terminology, house buying process, contract, and accompanying things. She has simplified the process for us by recommending a lending agent and a settlement company, which we ended up using. Liat was willing to meet us late in the evening and on the weekends to review our situation with us, to explain the home-buying process, and then, later, when we found the house that we wanted to buy, to put together the offer. Her expertise helped in our offer getting accepted. Thank you, Liat!
