She is so knowledgeable as to pricing in the current market, how to present the home to buyers and informed us about all the ins and outs of putting our home on the market. She is extremely helpful and generous with her time and was always available for questions or any assistance we needed. As soon as we told Liat we were ready to look for a house she started sending us links that met our criteria. Our narrow criteria did not phase her. She always responded to any text or phone calls within minutes. Her knowledge of the market is such that she helped us put our offer in at a competitive level but without overshooting the other offers. This was our first house purchase. She walked us through every step and guided us along the way. When we toured the house on a Sunday morning we hadn't even applied for pre-approval on financing. We knew this was our house and asked her if her finance person worked on Sunday. By the end of the day we were pre-approved, had put our offer in, and adjusted it at her suggestion. Monday morning she talked us through an appraisal grantee. Monday afternoon she called to let us know that our offer had been chosen over the other two remarkably similar offers. She helped us arrange all of the inspections and make sure everything was done correctly. The sellers addressed all of our major requests from the inspection. We closed 4 weeks after our offer was accepted and were completely moved in 4 weeks after that. Our home is everything each of us wanted. We are very happy here and it's all because of Liat.
