Liat helped the reviewer buy this property

Liat is a total professional, you should work with her.

I was a first-time home buyer and I ended up moving more quickly than I thought I would, because I found a perfect fit a few weeks into my search. Liat was incredibly helpful with every step from (1) literally where even are real estate listings and how do you read them to (4,672) getting the keys. She has deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate scene. More than once, just me saying "I'm working with Liat" opened doors or got me the inside scoop on some particularly useful piece of information. Also, Liat made a process — which I know many consider among the most stressful things they've ever done — fun. As a first-time buyer, I walked into this process pretty clueless about what it entails, and Liat was a perfect combination of ready to explain anything I had questions about, and able to step back when I wanted to do my own research or just needed a day to think things over. There are a lot of little decisions and a kajillion documents to sign as part of any real estate deal, and she was crystal clear about which pieces needed quick action on my part and which could wait for a day (or indefinitely). I do a fair amount project management in a professional capacity and Liat was way more on top of the moving pieces of this project than I was, and I deeply appreciated knowing that someone else was on the ball! She was also cool as a cucumber about every curveball I threw her: a last-minute change to my financing situation; a quick negotiation five minutes before Friday EOD; someone who would move my heirloom piano on short notice. I can't recommend Liat enough — A+ experience, you should work with her.
