Lianne helped the reviewer sell this property

My husband and I worked with Lianne to sell our home

My husband and I worked with Lianne to sell our home. The entire experience was wonderful and very professional. We really appreciated that Lianne hired a professional photographer to capture our home and she offered simple things we could do to make our home more enticing to buyers. Lianne is very knowledgeable but also is very good listener and was able to get everything we wanted in a offer and more. My husband and I both work from home so we had very limited availability to show our home. Lianne was able to work with our tight schedules to show our home and was able to build a frenzy with potential buyers so that we received multiple over asking offers. We would definitely work with her again!
