I can’t say enough about how wonderful Lianne is to work with. Family had recommended her when we were looking to buy our first home 4 years ago. We had no idea where to start and she had great connections with financing and led us through the entire home buying process. She was great at pointing out things to look for we didn’t necessarily talk about. If buying your first home isn’t stressful enough, we started looking feb-march 2020 just as the world shut down and we lost first time home buyer credits. She was calm and reassuring through our entire process, even after our appraisal came in low and we thought there was no way to continue she worked to find a solution. She started as just our realtor, but since then she’s become a friend. She checks in regularly to see how we’re doing, congratulating or offering condolences on all the big life moments we’ve had since then. She’s always there to answer my questions about possibly selling, or home improvements affecting the value of the home. And she’s great at recommending local services if we need them. If you chose Lianne as a realtor you’re getting so much more then just a person to do showings with. It’d be hard to find someone better to work with.
