Well another smooth transaction working with Lianne Russo Liddell. Lianne does a lot of little things that adds up to a great experience. An example is she sends you a timeline so you know what will happen and when. It has reminders included such as turn on power. Seems simple but when things are hectic a reminder comes in handy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Lianne is to work with. Family had recommended her when we were looking to buy our first home 4 years ago. We had no idea where to start and she had great connections with financing and led us through the entire home buying process. If buying your first home isn’t stressful enough, we started looking feb-march 2020 just as the world shut down and we lost first time home buyer credits. My husband and I worked with Lianne to sell our home. The entire experience was wonderful and very professional. We really appreciated that Lianne hired a professional photographer to capture our home and she offered simple things we could do to make our home more enticing to buyers. Lianne is very knowledgeable but also is very good listener and was able to get everything we wanted in a offer and more. My husband and I both work from home so we had very limited availability to show our home. Lianne was able to work with our tight schedules to show our home and was able to build a frenzy with potential buyers so that we received multiple over asking offers.
