Lianne walked us through every step, and was in communication with us daily no matter the time. I knew we could always count on her to right wrongs that weren’t even hers, and she overdelivered. We were always was clear on what was needed from us and when because Lianne runs such a tight ship. She got to know us as people and we could tell how deeply she cared about us beyond the sale. We chose Lianne to help us obtain our property for two reasons; one, because we have a working relationship with a family member of hers that has been extremely beneficial for us (and expected the same from Lianne); and two, because she has an excellent reputation amongst other foreign owners with property in our area who have also used her services . We were not disappointed. Her care, concern, attention to detail, patience, level-headedness, knowledge, experience and dedication all serve her in an exemplary manner. Even though we worked remotely from each other, it felt as though we were (and are) old friends. It is hard to generate that confidence at a distance, but it was completely seamless for Lianne. In addition, her sense of humour, and ability to put up with mine, made the working relationship just that much better. I can't imagine it possible that she could ever disappoint a client in her work.

Well where to start?! She was the driving force behind our push from Texas to Florida. During this transition from state to state, she kept us up to date with all aspects of the move, from inspections to contract signings. Will give her my PERSONAL seal of approval, and will recommend her specifically to any and all intrested in purchasing a new home. With that being said, I am disappointed that I can not rate her any higher then 5 stars. 10 out of 10, would recommend. She went well above and beyond her realm of responsibilites to make sure our purchase was not only successful, but exactly what we wanted. She would even make time to personally meet with me about any questions, concerns, or even just to give my parents a walk through of the house. She was very thorough on her research of potential housing. When I found a place I liked, she returned with two more with exactly the same specifications. Whenever I would ask questions about the local area, or needed details, she either had the answer, or would call me with the answer within the next day. She never left me guessing and was always quick to remind me that should there be any problems during my purchase, let her know immediatly as it was her job to fix any issues and make the process the smoothest it could possibly be. 100% satisfied with her work, and you will not regret working with her either!
