Was looking at another unit at the building when Lianne was having an open house in a larger unit. Made an offer on the unit but the seller was very difficult to deal with. Lianne worked very hard to resolve issues that between buyer & seller. Purchased the unit and did a very extensive remodel in clouding extending the Lanai. After a few difficult tenants I started interviewing Realtors. All others realtors were only interested in their commission and only one out of five asked me what I wanted out of the sale. Lianne was very knowledgeable, provided with neigh hood comps and we set up sever showing but got no real offers. After a couple of month I rerented the unit. Two more bad tenants and with Luanne’s help we put it on the market again. No takers, back to renters, the last tenant put me over the top so I called Lianne again and asked if she wanted to try again. She is always so positive, we agreed to try again. Not only did Lianne sell the unit but got me an offer for full price and no contingency. I own several other units and when it comes time to sell this you can beat I’ll call Lianne again.
