You will sometimes hear, why do I need a realtor. The answer is you don't. You need a great realtor. Someone that works for you and uses their knowledge and experience to your advantage. I always look for teammates that have investment knowledge. I found one that actively invests and that means she knows much more than most. Lianne is outstanding and really knows how to make the best suggestions to get you to your goals.
