I got to know agent Liangxin Qi through my friends Frank who lives in laguna woods. I visited Frank several times and toured laguna woods with him in the past years. My wife and I were very impressed about the senior life experience, activities, environmental etc. in laguna woods. We determined to buy a house in laguna woods after retirement. The article came at a time when I was about to make a decision buying a house for my retirement. I was so impressed by her article that it seemed only natural that I should hire her as my real estate agent. As someone who did not have any experience in buying a house, I had many concerns about this investment.
