Liane is amazing and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area! Our situation was a complicated one because we were only in Lafayette for a few days and our time to look at homes was limited to two days, but Liane managed to schedule viewings of all of the homes that we had found online. The complications continued when we decided to buy a house that was in the construction process because we had returned to our previous city and were not in Lafayette/West Lafayette for the build process. Liane not only served as an excellent conduit with the builder, but also made many trips to the house during the construction process and facetimed with us when she did so we could see the progress. In fact, Liane even facetimed us for our final walk-through and acted as if it was her own final walk-through, finding a number of items that were added to our punch list. Even though we were over 600 miles away, we still felt actively involved in the process thanks to Liane’s commitment. Even after closing, Liane has continued to serve as a trusted counselor for us and had provided guidance on a variety of local resources such as cable/internet options, landscapers, handymen, etc. Throughout this entire process (and after), Liane has demonstrated that she is knowledgeable about her trade, informed about the community, and – most importantly – truly cares about her clients. We consider ourselves lucky to have been paired with Liane and are so thankful for her.
