Shortly after working with Liane’s team on the sale of my previous home, were able to close on schedule for the purchase of a new construction townhouse and I’ll remain extremely happy with our results. Her efforts to work altogether with myself, the home builder, Pinellas County/City of St. Petersburg inspectors, and the listing agent required an extensive amount of clear communication and effective oversight which she managed flawlessly. In the early stages of prospecting my purchase, Liane helped to refine my short list of active properties by providing both positive and negative input on various home builders that she was familiar with throughout both Tampa and St. Petersburg. Additionally, she was always willing to allocate time to brainstorm together on numbers/metrics of each property to ensure we only viewed options that met both of our criteria.
