We knew Liane through mutual friends, so when we wanted to buy a house we went straight to her. Only being in the area for less than a year, we trusted her to help us in the house buying process. We used Chad to actually show us houses, and eventually purchase our home. They both gave great feedback and were very easy to work with. Chad walked us step by step through everything, any he was willing to answer any and all questions we had. I would use them over and over, and would for sure refer them to others.
From the first day we met, until after closing, Liane Jamason could not do enough to ensure EVERYTHING regarding the sale (I was the seller) was managed and taken care of in order to successfully close the sale. She was a great negotiator, and worked with me to create a sale that worked great for me. When needed, she recommended the appropriate contractors to address issues for me as requested by buyer and frequently made recommendations for me in ways to proceed towards the closing.
