Being new to the area and moving from out of state, we weren't familiar with the many neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles. Liana helped me sell my condo. During escrow, the buyer and his agent were problematic. The buyer was not cooperative and causing delays, while his agent was inefficient and inexperienced. Liana and Roman helped sell our condo, and we could not have made a better decision to work with them. We came to them with a buyer lined up, thinking the transaction was all but done.
