We contacted Liam to help us sell our home and to find a new one. Anyone who has been through the process can understand the commotion and hassle it is to buy and sell at the same time. Having never been through the process of selling and buying at the same time, we found it can be a bit overwhelming. Luckily, Liam was very understanding from the first phone call. He helped us understand things we were not sure about, pointed us in the right direction and made us feel totally comfortable with his vast knowledge of real estate. We were in a bit of an odd situation and basically had 2 weekends to decide whether we would continue renting or buy a home. We informed Liam upfront that there was a very good chance we wouldn't be buying a house. Even knowing this he made himself available to us whenever we needed him; nights and weekends. The guidance he gave us during the negotiations and his knowledge and honesty during the home inspection were invaluable. And yes, we did end up buying a home. Can't thank you enough Liam!

Where would I begin...Liam is more than a Relator! He has an in depth knowledge of remodeling costs, repair costs and he knows tons of people that he can refer to get those jobs done. He went above and beyond to help us, even providing advice on our home sale (which we were selling ourselves!) He is very easy to work with, flexible and always was able to show us properties when we requested. I would highly recommend him!

We purchased a short sale home after dragging Liam on a ton of showings. We even closed in under 60 days He was very gracious and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We love our home and our new neighborhood! Thanks Liam.
