We used the Flores Group to purchase our first home back in 2021 when we were moving from HI to SC. It was a hot market and homes were going for over asking at the time. They were so incredible through the process with us buying from a far and answered all of our questions. We kept in touch over the years and had been able to see them on occasion, especially when they had their client appreciation events. Come 2025 and it was time to move again, and it only seemed fitting to use them to help sell our home. Alfonso was so great in the process. We had met with another real estate agent prior to listing because we just wanted to make sure we were getting the best agent to help sell our home so we were not sitting on it and having to pay rent and a mortgage at the same time for months on end. Alfonso did not disappoint. We were under contract within 3 days of listing, and he got us more for the home than the other real estate agent who we interviewed recommended starting at. We are so happy with their services and know that we would use them again if we ever returned to the area. We 100% recommend the Flores Group for future buyers and sellers. They treat you like family and will always be looking out for your best interest.
The team is such a joy to work with. Julie's quickness was instrumental to getting us into our first home. She made our offer quickly and provided great insight into the local housing market. They always kept me in the loop on the progress of the deal. They are a very nice family and were always offering to answer any questions I may have had, but they explained everything so well I rarely had any! Being that they own/operate their own business makes for a much more personable experience. If I were to buy again, I would definitely go with their family.
The Flores Group was great to work with from start to finish. Our home search started with an accelerated timeline and 5000 miles between us. Julie was quick to provide information on available homes and update us as our search progressed. Alfonso was expeditious in showing us the homes virtually that we were interested in. Even with the multiple time zones they made sure to keep us in the loop and answer our questions. This was definitely an unconventional purchase for most, but it was just as smooth as you’d expect if purchasing in person. We ended up purchasing sight unseen and are thrilled with our new home. The Flores team was very helpful and patient. Working around my schedule to view houses and explaining parts of the buying process that I didn't understand going in. Despite quite a few setbacks and pivots, the whole team stayed patient and continued to assist me kindly throughout the process. Their website is much easier to use to cherry pick which houses you want to view in a specific area.
