Lia always responded quickly no matter when or how we contacted her, whether through text messages, emails, or phone calls. The speed at which we heard back from her even led us to believe that she never rested during the whole process! Additionally, while agents typically recommend buyers to remove all contingencies, despite the fact that doing so could potentially go against the buyer's interests, Lia was one of the few agents who completely agreed with me when I expressed my desire to keep the contingencies. In addition, as we were inspecting the house further along the process, Lia did a great job both in organizing and supervising the inspection to ensure that we were happy with all aspects of the house. She frequently visited the house to provide us with explanations and updates on the inspection process and our next steps. Using her excellent negotiation skills, Lia worked hard to communicate with the other party to save us a lot of money. Lia has proved herself over and over again as someone we can highly depend on and trust. She always does her best to protect our interests. Without all of her efforts, we doubt we would have been able to go through the entire process with as much ease and satisfaction as we did.

Lia was so dedicated that it almost seemed like she was the one who was making the purchase. She is always on top of things, clearly communicating every step of the purchase process with us and giving advice based on our best interest.
