Terri takes extremely wonderful care of her clients. She is one step ahead, keeps you on task, provides extraordinary guidance and makes you feel like a person not a paycheck. Seven years had passed since we were in the housing market. So much had changed in that time we really needed Terri and Ron to help us get through the changed market. My Wife and I interviewed multiple brokers and Agents to decide whom to list our home with. After meeting with Terri and discussing our goals we felt that Terri was very up-front, knowledgeable and ready to go to work. She give us her honest opinions and even some guidance on prepping our home for showings. Home was under contract in a week from time of listing. We would highly recommend Terri to anyone wising to list and or purchase a home.
Terri was referred to us by a friend/ neighbor. He said, we needed to connect with her, once he found out we were exploring Prescott/ Prescott Valley. He explained that she has been an agent and lived here for a long time, and knew the area which was new to us. Once we decided to move ahead, she was on it! She and Ron spent time with us answering questions we had about areas, housing, and the community. She set us up on MLS notifications so we could see what was on the market, areas, and prices. Any time we had a question, Terri was responsive. She stayed engaged and answered any questions we had, and addressed any concerns we had. Keep in mind we were moving from another state, so had questions about things we heard or read on social media that may have been negative and may not have been accurate. She added great perspective along the way. When we were ready, she and Ron, her RE partner, were there to help us out. Finally the time came, we drove out on a weekend, knowing what we liked and the price point would not last, and took us through 9 homes in one day! We settled on two, put an offer in on one. Got accepted the next day, on the way home! Terri hung in there with us, knowing we were not buying right away, for 6 months! Thank you for that! Most agents would have been gone! (we did update them along the way too, on our progress) We had already sold our house so knew we were good to go! Short close, on both ends , and three weeks later, we're here! She totally rose to the occasion and aided in closing and escrow and referral questions all along the way! We were 100% confident in her guiding us and her judgement. Very worry free! We were out of state so she and Ron helped with home inspections, meeting our movers, etc. We felt 100% comfortable with them handling our transaction. If there were any concerns or questions, she was right there. We will refer Terri all day long!

She kept us informed every step of the way, checked in with us on a regular basis & made one of the most stressful life events work out exactly as we needed. We don't plan on moving again any time soon but if we ever do Terri would be the only realtor I would call. She is the best there is!
