My experience was also very unorthodox, I actually had a different possible realtor without contract , he didn’t seem helpful at all, didn’t seem to want to answer any questions. I saw a house that JUST went on the market and decided to contact Lezley myself instead of trying to go through my realtor and dealing with a careless response, from the moment I spoke with her it was a positive experience, I’m younger didn’t know where to start and I told her that — she welcomed ALL questions without hesitation. She explained she’s there to answer questions through the entire process, she was always available for calls , and text messages throughout the entire time I was dealing with the house, she guided me through every process from inspection to closing , I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, she wasn’t shy about contacting the seller, and she most definitely took the time to make sure our concerns though there were very few were address as quickly as possible, and made sure if we were not comfortable where we could withdrawal from the process if we wanted too and wanted to make sure we knew we weren’t tied down to our option if something occurred until closing date! I truly would recommend her to family and friends , I hope anyone who reads this will also take the time to consider her as an option because I promise you will NOT be disappointed!
