Lexie Lyons was absolutely terrific in helping us sell a single family house! My sister and I were recently left with the task of selling the home of my dearly departed mother. Since we both lived a great distance from my mother's home we needed an agent that was reliable and could do more than just list the home. We were referred to Ms. Lyons and her presentation to us left us no doubt that we were in good hands. Lexie guided us on pricing the home and got us three (3) legit offers in less than a week! Prior to the closing Lexie helped us identify competent vendors for an estate sale and house repairs and also met with a City offical to help us with our H20 transfer stamp... which she then went and persoanally picked up to bring to the closing. Ms. Lyons always returned our emails and calls in a timely fashion, was extremely organized, courteous and a pleasure to talk to. At the closing the buyers wanted $$$ for a scratch they claimed they identified on the wood floor during their walk-thru. However, Ms. Lyons quickly came up with house photos proving that the scratch was present during her house photo-shoot prior to listing the house. Therefore, not only did Lexie make money for my mother's estate she also saved it money. I've bought and sold many properties over the years and Lexie is, by far, the most competent, reliable and energetic Realtor that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
