The best way to predict the future is to create it. When I was 19 years old I invested in a small condo with my family and understood at an early age what ROI meant! Since that young age I have always continued furthering home and investment opportunities in the Reno, Sparks and Lake Tahoe areas. As a longtime resident of the Reno/Sparks area I am always witnessing my hometown expand and continually change.
