Shopping for a home is difficult enough and shopping for a home from out of state during a difficult time is even greater. Nevertheless we were scheduled to move and we took a risk looking for an agent without meeting with them first. We had no one in the area to provide a recommendation so we spoke to a few agents and went with Lexi. From the moment we began speaking, she went out of her way to recommend areas, provide feedback on homes we were interested in, and tailor a list of homes based on our preferences. All this took place before we even agreed to have her as our agent. We were extremely satisfied with her knowledge of the area, the loan process, and she guided us through the entire process. While this wasn’t my first time buying a home, she made sure we understood everything, which was refreshing. She would notify us the minute a home went on the market so that she could do a virtual tour if necessary. I was able to travel to the state for 2 days and in those 2 days she built a list of homes we were excited to see. Thanks to her, we found our home on the 2nd day. She worked late many days and on weekends to ensure the deal went through. Within a day of our offer and thanks to her, the seller agreed to sell their home to us. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with her. In the end, her relationship to our family was more than just business, she took personal interest in ensuring she got us to the finish line and that made her family.
