Buying a house is fun, exciting, exhausting, annoying, hard, and yet very rewarding. The house we were in was small and uncomfortable for our family of 3, and we had wanted to look for another place for awhile. Finally, one day it just clicked for us to want to actually do it! Fortunately for us Lexi was our good neighbor and friend, after we told her we wanted to hire her, she didn’t stop at anything to get us taken care of. She found a house for us in a matter of days that both my wife and I liked very much. We went for it but then realized the hardship of trying to sell where you are currently at first. Putting our house on the market was a piece of cake with Lexi’s help, we seemed unstoppable. We even had a huge and great offer ( Verbally) for our home, however the fear and intimidation of buying a home came strongly over that family and they backed out. Due to that, the owners of the house we wanted, ended up selling to someone else. Our motivation died quickly, our enthusiasm was gone and we almost felt like giving up. That being said, Lexi came over and began to get us motivated yet again, told us “ Let’s begin again”. Her Motivational speech was needed, wanted, and inspiring but was not forceful. We began again to look for homes for a good couple months and we found one we really liked. But we stilled had to sell our current home. Many people came through our home and said they liked it, but it wasn’t exactly what they wanted. Then finally we had to lower our price a couple times and got an offer that came through. We got our house after a bit of struggle but Lexi never gave up on us and helped us to get through it. Very great fun for her help and expertise. We would recommend her for any of our friends or relatives!
