Lewis was excellent--by far the best realtor we've had! And I don't give high marks easily. To be honest, I've very picky and anal myself. This was our 4th home purchase, so I know the process very well. What I needed was someone who can find a home based on our substantial wish list and negotiate with prowess. Lewis did that and MUCH MORE! From the beginning, Lewis was very responsive! He literally met with us daily every morning AND evening because homes were flying on and off the market fast--the same day in some circumstances. Once we selected the property, he was very astute to discover what the seller really cared about and (even though we bid LOWER than another buyer) we were able to secure the property. He shepherded us throughout the entire loan process and took much of the burden off myself--helping to stay on top of my mortgage company, closing attorney, sellers, and more--which translated into a FAST closing. This extended to the inspection and other areas, where I was thoroughly impressed with his skillset and expertise. Even when we had a few hiccups, Lewis remained professional yet relentlessly enforced quality resolution. I HIGHLY recommend Lewis to anyone, and will definitely maintain a relationship with him!
