I'm frankly congratulating Levon on his professional and diligent work provided all along. Starting from last year when we rented out our house until today that we sold it. Being based in Armenia and selling a house in Los Angeles it's not easy, but closing in 2 months time, including renovations, gardening, staging, roof patching... and doing all that during a pandemic period... all this remotely, well, it was really no easy task but yet Levon coordinated everything very well.
