We just completed our fifth transaction with Greenstar and I will continue to say Levi and Tracy are amazing! Throughout the blending of our two families over the last 5 years, we have sold three homes and purchased two. These last two transactions just renewed my lasting confidence in this team. Let’s start with the sale of our Valrico home this last December. This is the home we bought using Greenstar in 2017. We did a lot of updates and when Tracy saw them she immediately knew we were going to be able to sell for a profit. We signed the agreement, following Tracy and Levi’s instructions on preparing the home for listing and showings. We had a showing request within five hours of the listing going live. Over the course of the next week we had about 15 showings and on the 8th day we received and accepted an offer for $5k OVER asking price. 8 DAYS!!! So seamless and smooth. They took care of everything with immediate response on every question we had. During the search for our new home Levi and Tracy worked diligently and showed us a ton of homes. Everytime I asked to add another they always responded, “yes absolutely!”. When we thought we found the one they made the process easy. Their recommendation of an inspection company was very professional and completely thorough. The inspector found a few problems and we decided not to go forward with that purchase and our search started again. After a day of Levi showing us homes all over Hillsborough County we found the one! This one had some inspection problems and Levi and Tracy negotiated all of the repairs perfectly. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect team to lead us through the most stressful time of our lives and make it all happen so smoothly and have the perfect ending for our family.

My husband and I were looking to down size so Levi and Traci Stubbs with Green Star Realty said they “could make it happen” And boy did they ever! I cannot say enough about how awesome Tracy and the Green Star team did on renting out my property for me. I called on a Tuesday saying my old tenant was moving out that Saturday.
