Working with Levi was such a great experience! As a friend and neighbor, we already trusted him, but he exceeded every expectation as our realtor. He worked incredibly hard to get us the best possible price and made sure we closed on time. After owning our townhouse for 20 years, this was a big transition, and he made the entire process feel smooth and seamless. He truly took care of everything. We are so grateful and highly recommend him.

Working with Levi Crabtree was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He guided us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one with incredible organization and attention to detail. Levi was always attentive, quick to respond, and consistently one step ahead, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his creativity and problem-solving ability—he found solutions and opportunities we wouldn’t have considered on our own. His consistency and professionalism gave us complete confidence every step of the way. Without a doubt, he is the best real estate agent we’ve worked with to date. We would highly recommend Levi to our family and friends, and when we’re ready for our next real estate move, he will absolutely be our agent again.

Levi was an outstanding real estate agent who made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions and provide updates, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the experience. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out, helping me make informed decisions every step of the way. On top of that, his professionalism and genuine commitment to finding the right fit made it clear that he truly cares about his clients. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with.

Levi is an expert in the field. He was highly communicative and always went above/beyond guiding the process from start to finish. In addition to market knowledge, his knowledge of physical home infrastructure/mechanics was extremely valuable to me in the selection and negotiation process. This was hands-down the easiest home buying experience I have witnessed.
