We moved back to CA after about 10 years away, and the market has gotten crazy. NO ONE wanted to work with buyers. We saw houses, but had no one to help us bid, until we found Letty. Each place we looked at we asked, "Can you work with buyers?" and were told, "Oh no, I only do sellers." Than goodness we found Letty. Letty could not have been more professional, and on-top of each property we were interested in. We used a conventional mortgage, and in this hot market we faced-off against all cash buyers, sellers who wanted no contingencies, and also a very low inventory of homes to choose from as well. We beat out cash offers, and kept our contingencies, and Letty worked closely with our bank to help keep the bank moving quickly on the loan process. Through working with Letty we were able to secure a house in under 2 months start to finish. AND, we had 5 bids accepted, so we were able to choose the house we wanted the most. From accepted bid to move-in, we closed in under 30 days, which was important as we were in an extended stay as we searched. What we particularly liked about Letty as a partner in our search was, though we know she was actively working with other clients and us, she never turned us down on a request to see a house. She moved fast on everything we asked for, and, frankly, Letty hustles, which I really liked. She was 100% customer-focused; she wanted us to get the house we liked the best in a very tight market, and we did, because she checked back in with each house we wanted to so that, when another buyer's purchase fell-through, we were there, ready to step-in. We got a lovely place, fully renovated, in a great area, with a large floorplan. We have already arranged a future plan with Letty as we work to build wealth through our home, step-by-step. AND, I should add, Letty willingly drove from OC to SGV over and over.... any time of day. What? In this traffic? Letty is the best!
Working with Letty was smooth and easy, despite the housing market being so crazy in Orange County. She worked with me every step of the way, even going above and beyond by doing things (making calls) that I probably should have been the one doing! She knew the exact things to include in my offer to make it the highest and most competitive, which got me my new condo! She’s kind, patient, understanding, but a force in the real estate world. I was a first time buyer and I cant recommend Letty enough!

We took the risk to sell our condo with no contingencies! Letty and her team was very responsive with the whole process when selling and buying our home. They were on their toes on everything! I love how the paper work was mostly with e-signature, which saved me a lot of time. When purchasing our home, Letty was there to speak with our mortgage loan officer, and the buyer agent as to see what she can do to get our home. They were a couple of sellers trying to buy the same property, but all thanks to the Almighty, Letty, and our saved assets.. we finally were able to get approved and top out of everybody to get the property! To this day, I am so thankful from being in such a small condo with 1 bed to 1 bathroom.. to 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms! Such a life changing event, and now we all have our own space, and live in such a beautiful home.

Before we met with Letty, we had worked with 3 other realtors. All of which didn't work out unfortunately. Two of them were even relatives of ours.
