Lea is very knowledgeable in all aspects of reality and able to assist with every part of the process from finding the right home to finding the right loan or inspector. I had a pretty small budget and since I needed a particular school zone I had a very small area to find a home, yet she was still able to cater to my specific needs. I felt like she spent a great deal of time helping me, above and beyond what other realtors may have provided... I was in constant communication with her for many months before finding the right home. When we finally found the house I wanted, the seller's agent was extremely difficult to deal with, but Lea somehow navigated through this. Then at the last second I had a problem with my closing, and again she was able to orchestrate a deal and get me to the closing table. I really appreciated her solution-oriented approach and positive attitude throughout the process. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a home in South Florida.
