Leticiya did an outstanding job selling our house. She is persistent with the process and follows up on issues very quickly. She is very transparent and kept us informed daily. She is a great communicator both verbally and written. Leticiya went above and beyond in providing us advice to get our home market ready. She was also the selling agent for the home we moved into and helped bridge communication to keep everything moving smoothly. In times we were frustrated with exhaustion, she was encouraging. She knew what she was doing and we did everything she told us to do. Our home sold in one week and we are very happy with the results!

Leticiya is amazing she was able to help win the house i wanted with skill and knowledge of the real estate business. Very fast at locating house in your budget with always giving house at or over your max budget.
