I had a terrible experience buying this home, and it began with the incorrect assumptions she made about me and what kind of home I was looking for. When I tried to explain my needs, she didn't seem to listen. When I asked questions about the house, she sometimes didn't give me answers or just ignored the questions. At times I felt like I knew more about the process than she did; if I had followed her advice I would have paid about $20,000 more unnecessarily. The poor communication and inability to answer some of my questions also added stress to the whole experience. Toward the end when the escrow/closing team had problems, she did try to help and keep me informed, but too little too late.
