Leticia was the best to work with! This was our first time working with a realtor and if the rest will be this knowledgeable and attentive then we have no worries. She figured out any & all of our questions regarding the home & was genuinely nice as a human being & gifted us the nicest plant for our new home. Thanks for everything!

The process of purchasing a new home was great with the help of Leticia and her team , I would definitely recommend Acosta international to purchase or sell a home! Thank you for walking us through the whole process !
I’m pleased with the service I received from Leticia for my home purchase. Home buying process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.
It was an excellent experience, good service and kindness, professionalism in their work.
Working with Leticia's team was a great experience! Leticia was with me on every step of the process and always willing to answer all my questions and help me with anything that was needed to sell my house, like staging my empty place. Thanks to her and her team I was able to get the best out of the sell. Totally recommend her!
Leticia is knowledgeable and always communicated in a clear and professional manner. She offered advice, options and shared her knowledge with us
Leticia has helped me to sell the house that I bought with her help 12 years ago. She has great knowledge of Real State market and gave me all the information to sell the property for the best price. She has a team that helps her prepare the house 🏡 for selling and showing as well. Since we started with the process of selling until the closing and after that always giving an answer or updating with the events of the transaction. 100% capable to find a solution.
From the moment we sat down to talk to Leticia about selling our home and buying another at the same time, she walked us through the whole process and we were on a roll until it was done! She works with an outstanding team - her loan officer, her partners that staged our home and took us to see homes we were interested in. She explained everything step by step and clearly, always so patiently answering any questions we would have. When it came time to accept offers on our home she guided us while letting us make decisions and prioritize. Same with putting an offer on our place we were buying, she helped us stay competitive but let us make our own decisions. We were able to sell for more than asking and buy within ONE day of each other. It was an amazing experience and we highly recommend Leticia and all her team!
