My husband and I met Leticia Gomez upon the recommendation of our previous agent from South San Francisco as were relocating to Vacaville. She showed us some properties but we eventually decided to get a new home instead. She immediately made an arrangement with the company although we didn’t have an appointment. It was COVID days! To make the story short, we got the house, then when it was time to sell that house we didn’t think of any other realtor but her. She’s truly and genuinely caring, honest and knowledgeable on her craft. She’s also hands-on as she volunteered to water our plants and trees until the sale closed which was extended to another month, kept us informed every step of the way. She also has a deep instinct as to whether the buyer is serious or not. We trusted her so much that we left the house to her even if the sale didn’t close yet! I couldn't think of any other agent comparable to her! Thank you sooo much, Leticia, for everything you did for us!
