Where do I even begin! Leslie Thompson was my amazing realtor. Thank you Jesus for Leslie. Me and my husband are 24 & 23. We didn’t have the best credit or finances when we started this house hunting journey. We honestly were a mess. We didn’t have A CLUE what to do, where to go, how to start, or anything to do with buying a home. We reached out to Leslie and were honest with our knowledge, credit, finances, everything and she immediately responded with a “let’s do this” attitude. She was very honest, she gave the best advice, she genuinely cared about us. Our best interest was her best interest. She immediately became more than a realtor. We viewed 1 house other than the one we PURCHASED (🤩🤩) we were dead set on it! I mean we fell in love with it. And let me add the loan we chose was USDA! This home was probably the hardest home Leslie ever had to work with! (LOL) (No Joke) Anyway, long story short..we had to put some work in this house to be able to even think about getting it through. I say “we” but truly Leslie did EVERYTHING. From making 10 phone calls a day for 60 + days (yes it took over 2 months to close) to fighting our appraisal lady to finally getting to the closing table and they even got my NAME misspelled after everything! 🤣🤣 I say ALL of this in hopes to tell you how great she was and how willing she is to FIGHT for you and your family to get into a home no matter what she has to do! That is RARE in this business! And to add she may even work the weekend for you (🤣🤣)! With all this being said, choose Leslie Thompson to be your realtor! It was important to me to find a realtor who was honest, trustworthy, reliable, and driven. I got all of those things when I selecfed Leslie.and could not have made a better desicion for a realtor! Leslie is knowledgeable and will break everything down in an easy to understand way. She communicates really well and makes the process simple. Leslie had strong knowledge of the market. She listened to me and negotiated a deal that included closing costs. She was more than willing to go back and forth with the builder and agent to be able to give me everything I asked for. Closing ran so smoothly I was only there about 15 minutes. Great experience.

I can’t say enough about Leslie and the level of service she provides. We originally contacted her in regards to our second attempt at selling our house. Our previous agent had not been successful with generating any interest or buyers. She walked us through the entire process and brought items to the table not previously mentioned. Within a couple of weeks we had more showings, likes and saves than in the previous 6 months it had been for sale. She was also very adaptable when we wanted to look at new houses. With her help we found the ideal house (for sale by owner) and navigated the entire process making it easy and seamless for us. Her honesty, professionalism and dedication is refreshing.
